WE are a middle aged professional couple and were not allowed a test drive without a salesman in the back seat! Got back to dealership and offered $645 less than the asking price and were told they do not negotiate they're asking prices!! The price is the price!! Treated like this and we hadn't even bought the car - didn't want to know what service after the sale would have been like. "Steer Clear"

She had patience with my wife and I explaining how everything works when you step foot into the dealership. I had a fantastic experience buying a pre-owned car from Portland Volvo. Joe Costa was friendly, helpful, patient, and all-around pleasant to work with. The finance manager, Jason Shaw, was equally excellent to work with and actually secured a rate lower than my credit union could provide. The sales office is extremely comfortable. Heck, they even have a golden retriever who walks around spreading the love. They have a fixed-price policy. Will you be able to save a few bucks elsewhere? Maybe, maybe not, but I can't imagine a better overall experience.

I love my new car. My sales person was Cary and he was very thorough and patient with me as I weighed out my purchase options. He accomodated all my requests. Note: my 2007 S60 Volvo was totalled in a rear collision and I cannot stress how thankful I am I was in a Volvo!
