Hi!
My name is Susan Caldwell. I have been with Portland Volvo for the last 25 years. I started out in the office, became a service writer for two years and am now the Sales Administrator. Over the years I have met and worked with so many wonderful people, and I have gained life long friends with so many of you.
I would have to say that my biggest impact here at Portland Volvo would be the woman who hired me, Karen Wogan. She took me under her wing and taught me the ropes of the car business. She made me feel like family, which is one of the reasons I have been here for so long. So, thank you Karen, you are missed every day.
I grew up in Scarborough but moved to Saco 27 years ago where I live with my husband Kim. Between us we have six children ranging from age 13 to 27. I also have a Grandson, Jacob who is my pride and joy. He turned 1 in October. Just thinking of him puts a smile on my face. Being a grandparent is the best club I have ever been a part of.
Kim and I adopted a 2 year old German Shepherd in July named Gracie. She already has become a very important part of our family.
We love spending time with our children and Jacob, but our passion is traveling. A couple of our favorite places are Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Las Vegas, the city in which we were married. We also enjoy visiting my in-laws who live near Palm Springs, CA.
