Kneisel Hall Chamber Music School and Festival

Kneisel Hall, known as "the cradle of chamber music in America," has provided musicians with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the chamber repertoire since 1902, realizing founder Franz Kneisel's vision for over 100 years.

St. Demetrios

Opera Maine, formerly known as PORTopera, is dedicated to producing creative, inspiring, and professional opera performances of artistic excellence. Fostering young operatic talent, they provide educational opportunities related to opera, and engage with audience, supporters, and community in ways that will excite enthusiasm in the art form. 



Good Shepherd Food Bank of Maine

The mission of Good Shepherd Food Bank is to eliminate hunger in Maine by sourcing and distributing nutritious food to people in need, building strong community partnerships, and mobilizing the public in the fight to end hunger.

Founded in 1998, The Ecology School inspires stewardship of and connection to the natural world through experiential learning in ecology, conservation, farming, and sustainability. What began as a small overnight program for students on the coast of Maine has expanded to reach groups, and families, and individuals of all ages.
