Portland Volvo Cars, located at 9 U.S. Route 1, in Scarborough, has been awarded the 2020 Volvo Cars of North America Excellence Award. Portland Volvo Cars is one of only 25 Volvo retailers from across North America to receive this prestigious award, competing with 31 other dealers that serve similar markets.

The performance qualifiers used to determine the award's recipients include satisfaction with sales and service, parts and accessories purchases, training, and sales effectiveness.
“Looking at these categories,” DiBiase said, “it becomes clear that professionalism, etiquette and transparency are all part of the formula to keep our customers happy with each department at our dealership.”
Last June, Portland Volvo Cars moved into a brand new, state-of-the-art building, that was constructed over a period of almost two years, in the lot next to the old one. The new building features three drive-in service lanes, an expansive workshop, and a lounge area that is comfortable and features Swedish modern furniture throughout.
