Four Volvo car models have been named the Best vehicle and Top Pick in the annual 2024 Newsweek Autos Awards. Across all automakers, Volvo Cars had the most “Best” winners in the awards with XC60 for the Suburbanites and Single, Powerful Women categories and EX30 for the Urbanites category.

One million installations and counting: the rollout of over-the-air (OTA) updates to Volvo cars in markets across the globe continues. Our latest update includes the ability to issue voice commands through Google Assistant-enabled devices allowing drivers to warm up their car and amongst other abilities in the US market, launching a wider introduction of our Care Key technology, bringing integrated connectivity in additional markets and various updates and stability improvements.
 

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) announced on December 13th, that the Volvo XC40 is the only small SUV tested in its updated moderate overlap 2.0 test to receive an overall “Good” rating in every test category (as of December 2022).
